We love it there, 4th return!
We love it at the Cove. Wonderful location which is hard to beat - the beach immediately below the chalets and now with a popular cafe bar (this makes it a lot busier / only down side!) but a short coast walk around the corner is the little cove that makes a wonderful evening bbq and paddle board location.
This is the 4th time we've come back, we do love it. It works perfectly with two young children. It is well equipped and set up, it's a shame there's not a bath, and for the price you pay to come which has increased over the last years (and although it is self catering) toilet rolls should really be supplied? There isn't a hoover available inside - this would help with the inevitable sand and grit that builds up over a week hire.
The holiday park site right behind the cove is increasingly loud. Most nights the music and noise from the karaoke bar is intrusive on the calm you get in that location - it's only metres across the road. It's very loud and interferes with children's bedtimes in the summer -
It goes on well into the night, Not much anyone can do but worth mentioning.
The couple below Puffin are lovely - super helpful and keen to make sure we are happy there.
