Upstairs there are 2 x double bedrooms and 3 x twin bedrooms ALL equipped with Smart TV's and a bathroom with bath and over bath shower.
Ideally located for everything Wigan has to offer, just 3 miles from Haydock Race course, 3 miles to Wigan Town Centre, 3 miles to DW Stadium where rugby fans can watch the Wigan Warriors and football fans Wigan Athletic. The historic Haigh Hall and Haigh Woodland Park is only 7 miles away.
