Located just a stone's throw from the town centre, there are a number of shops restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

The Space:
The property combines a period exterior with a modern interior, with characterful original features, contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could ever need. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms and each comfortable bed is made up with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern and clean bathrooms (1 en-suite), both with showers (1 over bath), toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the banks of the canal, close to Burnley town centre you are within easy reach of an array of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Its just a 10 minute walk to the main Burnley Shopping centre, and further 5 minutes to Burnley Central Train Station. There is a cinema, nightclub, pub and supermarket all within 5 minutes of the property.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the town and it's attractions are easily accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 15 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. Burnley Manchester Road station is only 5 minutes from the property.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

The property was clean. It was a little inconvenient for people staying longer like we did because there was no washing machine. Also there was no mention when booked that there was no lift had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. The parking is on street and can get full.
