2 bedroom flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with partial sea view, fully furnished, equipped and decorated from new, only 70 metres from the beach sand.
Property composed of: two bedrooms, one with double bed and wardrobe and the other with two single beds and wardrobe, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, balconies with tables and chairs, to enjoy your holiday.

At a short distance from the flat there are bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc (beach area).

Parking space for small cars only.

NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).

- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be collected as a payment by credit card, Revolut, cash or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total price and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.

- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the value of the deposit.
