Accommodation Rules:

Prohibited to make noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;
It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;
Parties or events are prohibited;
Pets are allowed and must not be let loose in the condominium or walk without a leash;
At least one guest must be 30 years of age or older for check-in;
Exceeding the maximum number of occupants is not permitted, even with visitors;
A security deposit must be paid via bank transfer, refundable within 7 days after check-out;
Compliance with these and other accommodation rules is mandatory, as stated in the Local Accommodation Book;
