Royal Palm is a fantastic new build villa with a privet heated pool* with sea views only a 10 m walk from Burriana beach with a private garage.
It comprises of a fantastic open-plan dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The living area is furnished with chairs, a sofa, a flat-screen plasma TV, storage, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the sea with a private terrace and steps down to the private heated saltwater pool.
On the first floor are three fully fitted bedrooms with wardrobes, and air conditioning all with balcony doors opening onto the private pool and terrace area.
The second floor is where you find the fourth bedroom in a great setting also compromising of a private sitting area fully equipped with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower

*A heated pool, is included from October to May. Outside this period can be heated for 30€ per day extra.
