The house is less than a 20 minute walk to Holt Town Metrolink station, and less than a 30 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly Train & Metrolink station. Both are a 5 minute car/taxi journey away.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this property has a 'Ring' video doorbell at the front of the house, and a Ring Security Light Camera at the rear for safety and security of the property and vehicles parked on the driveway at the front of the house, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
