Oubollig appartement maar perfect verblijf

Villa Paolija ligt een paar kilometer buiten Novigrad in een klein gehucht. De toerit doet geen recht aan de werkelijkheid. De villa biedt namelijk alle gewenste voorzieningen. De inrichting van de appartementen (per verdieping twee) mag dan wat oubollig, ze zijn tegelijk echter ook ruim en schoon, zoals de hele villa en zwembad. Bij het zwembad is een self-service met drankjes tegen inkoopprijs. Parkeren door je direct voor de deur. Mountaibikes, sport- en spelmaterialen en een geïmproviseerd volleybalveldje zijn beschikbaar. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en doet er alles aan het de gasten naar de zin maken. Een punt van aandacht is nog wel de wifi, die is belabberd en dat kan anno 2019 echt niet meer. Novigrad ligt op 5 minuten met de auto. Er is een haventje met volop horeca daar omheen. Dat geldt ook voor het achterliggende dorpje met leuke smalle straatjes, leuke winkeltjes en gezellige restaurantjes. Enkele straatjes richting dorpsplein worden gekleurd met tientallen kleurrijke paraplu's. Grappig. Porec ligt op 25 minuten met de auto, Rovinj op 45 minuten en Pula is een uurtje rijden.

BEL APPARTEMENT

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en Istrie. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très disponibles malgré leur discrétion, ils donnent de bons conseils. l'appartement est conforme aux photos, juste bien emmener les coordonnées GPS pour trouver facilement la villa mais les explications d'avant départ des propriétaires sont à imprimer et à emporter. Encore merci à Zlatko et Irena pour leur accueil.

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung uns super nette Gastleute

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns (Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 10J., 16.J und 19J) sehr gut gefallen. Der Swimmingpool war sehr groß und es gab genügend Liegestühle. Am Pool gab es eine kleine Bar mit einem Kühlschrank, aus dem man sich bedienen konnte. Entweder hat man die Getränke bezahlt, oder im Supermarkt neue gekauft und dann wieder in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Die Ferienwohnung war klimatisiert, was ganz toll war, da wir Außentemperaturen von knapp 40 Grad hatten. Einen Balkon hatten wir auch, der sehr geräumig war und über einen fest installierten Grill (aus Stein) verfügte. Alles war sehr sauber und wirkte neu. Neben Herd und Spülmaschine gab es auch eine Kaffeemaschine. Fön im Bad war auch vorhanden. Die Wirtsleute waren unglaublich freundliche und herzlich. Wenn wir noch mal nach Novigrad fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Zlatko und seiner Familie wohnen.

très bon séjour à recommander

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et appartement à recommander. La piscine pour se détendre et les vélos à disposition pour des balades champêtres sont un plus . Les équipements: barbecue et plancha sont très appréciables De plus, NOVIGRAD à 4 kilomètres, est une bourgade pleine de charme.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour à Novigrad . Très bon accueil des propriétaires et gite tout à fait conforme au descriptif . Une adresse à recommander .
