Set in beautiful grounds in the Brittany countryside the cottage has spacious accommodation with light airy bedrooms and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is use of a heated outdoor Swimming pool and Children's' climbing frame. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided and use of a Games room. Dogs are welcome by arrangement and nearby there are walks, fishing, and cycling. Explore the French countryside from this comfortable pretty holiday home. No 2. Kerguiffiou is set in beautiful Countryside in the Cotes d'Armor and has no near neighbours although it is within easy reach of Supermarkets and other amenities. For those who wish to take their dogs, there are easy accessible walks in the locality and a large garden (not enclosed). The lounge has new wooden flooring and there is a large Barbecue as well as outdoor furniture for guests to use, so relax inside or out. Guests may access the large garden freely, unless No 1 is occupied in which case please respect their privacy and keep to the gardens around No 2. Please do not play ball games around the fruit trees but use the large grassed area to the side of the property. Dogs should be supervised and cleaned up afterwards but there is a path to the front of the property for dog walking. We do not live on site but our representatives are contactable in case of emergencies or problems. Other things to note: Guests use the Swimming pool entirely at their own risk. The owners accept no liability for accidents. The Pool gate must be kept locked at all times when not in use. The rules of the pool (found in the Visitors book and displayed by the pool) must be observed. Guests must provide their own towels for use in the pool. A cot and highchair are available but bedding for the cot is not provided.
