The property is newly refurbished and freshly decorated throughout for 2023.
A perfect place to stay for those visiting for business or pleasure, you are ideally located in the heart of the vibrant city of Newcastle, which is full of friendly people and fabulous places to visit. In the heart of the buzz, The Hive is the perfect place to bee. The property is situated on the ground floor with off-road access. There is also entry at the basement level adjacent to the car park, which also has bike storage available. The apartment can be reached via stairs or lift. Step into the well-presented living area, where the owners have given plenty of attention to detail, including a large flat-screen TV and leather sofa. The bespoke living/dining area has doors leading out onto the balcony, which looks up the river to the Sage and bridges. At the end of the evening relax and enjoy the view, then retire to a comfy bed with high-quality linen after soaking in the bath. The kitchen is bright and modern with everything you need for cooking up a tasty breakfast or dinner.
The property is in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. The Hive really is a great place to stay, and has the bonus of being close to the famous Quayside, where you can stroll over the Millennium Bridge taking in the views towards the iconic Tyne Bridge, and maybe take a selfie to remember the fabulous time you will have staying in the heart of Geordie land. Perfectly located within a few minute’s walking distances to the Quaysides bars and restaurants. You are also within easy walking distance of The Glass House (formerly the Sage) concert venue and Baltic Centre, and all the fabulous venues in the city. With a private parking space, the apartment is just perfect for giving you that bit of freedom that you don’t get staying in a hotel bedroom. You are spoilt for choice with award-winning restaurants and cafés all within walking distance.
The road network is fantastic taking you off in all directions over to the coast, or perhaps a visit to Winsock Castle and the stunning Northumberland coastline. There is so much to see and do, Tynemouth is incredibly popular with a vast array of restaurants, bars, pretty shops, the abbey and a beautiful beach. You can even use a local metro to visit the coast, only 9 miles away. The Hive is a perfect base for a self-catering break to recharge your batteries and explore the fantastic North East.
