The villa has stood for a half a century, and bears similar architectural details to the house that was standing in the same spot, owned by a local family of ships owners. Recently renovated with all the modern comforts, vintage furniture, paintings and books, the villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The villa includes two spacious bedrooms with all the necessary home comforts, including air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, and the master bedroom has direct access to the garden through large French doors.
The lounge and dining room, along with the fully equipped kitchen, are separate rooms in the house. The small harbour of Agia Efimia is flooded every summer by yachts and sailboats. The area is considered a cosmopolitan resort. You can find everything that will make your stay more enjoyable from supermarkets to butchers with fresh local meats, pharmacies, gift shops, bakeries with traditional bread and even several taverns, with some of them being fish taverns.
