Bright flat in the heart of Naples' Quartieri Spagnoli, one of the city's liveliest neighbourhoods, a stone's throw from bars and restaurants.

The house is located on the second floor of a small building without an elevator, accessible by a slightly steep staircase. The apartment consists of a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a television and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, access to the balcony and air conditioning, and the other with a French-size bed. Finally, a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine completes the layout.

Free wifi, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.

As you stroll through Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in half, you pass through its thousand-year history thanks to the presence of ancient palaces and churches, such as the Duomo di Napoli and the Maschio Angioino. If there is a symbolic place in Naples, this is Piazza del Plebiscito, now a symbol of the new "Neapolitan Renaissance" where tourists come to admire its grandeur and two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Royal Palace. Today it is also possible to visit "the underground city," or the so-called "belly of Naples," which served as a shelter for Neapolitans during the bombing raids, where tourists can walk through the Greco-Roman aqueduct, air-raid shelters and finally visit the War Museum.
Especially not to be missed is the San Severo Chapel, which houses the sculpture of the Veiled Christ, one of the most fascinating and mysterious works to be seen in Naples, the result of the talent of Giuseppe Sanmartino.

Naples Central Station is about 1.5 km from the apartment, while Naples Airport is an easy 20-minute drive away.
