I had to get other accommodations for which I paid double because it was a last minute alternative.

I never had the opportunity to use the premises on the day of my arrival into Madrid. I was not given a passcode for the apartment until a day later. I had go to another hotel. I complained about this to Vrbo and they told me to settle the issue with the owner. I have made many attempts at reaching the owner but have not been given a refund…only an ad to say they would love to have me again. I am very upset with Vrbo for not getting involved in this problem. I have reservations about ever using them again.
