Perfect view but not clean

The place is perfect location and nice Inside. The door man is perfect!! Perfect views. The owner does respond anytime time we needed it . The place didn’t have a hair dryer but the next day the door man had one for us the owns left for us . Still left my wife with wet hair the night of of our occasion we came for. The bad part is the floors have never been cleaned your feet and socks will be black, no toilet paper had to buy my own, not enough clean towels for length of stay. When you first turn the water on rust color water will come out but clears up.
