Are you ready to have a place where your entire friends and family and be together in the mountains? This home is 5 bedrooms 3.50 baths with a loft and a basement family room! Plenty of space to be together. Steps away from the lift for easy ski access in the winter and trails access out your front door. One of the only lots in Granby Ranch with aspen trees for privacy. A Mountain Top Experience

We had a great time with family from 1 to 77. It was a wonderful place to enjoy each other and skiing!

Awesome spot

Loved our stay here. First off, the lift is a walk across the street. Way too easy. Secondly, the house is amazing. Fit multiple families with kiddos. There were even toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Bedrooms and beds were all great. Would definitely stay here again!

Family holiday

Family had a wonderful time! The 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children, were very comfortable staying here. The ski in / ski out was easy for the skiers in the group. They could easily return to the house for lunch, one day purchasing take out food at Base Camp and skiing it back for all of us to enjoy! All in all, a great stay!

Christmas Vacation

We had an absolute dream vacation staying at this house. Spacious, comfortable and stocked with everything we would need. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!

I love the mountains and to be their with family. We live in Broomfield, CO about 2 hours away. We enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, backpacking, camping, and many other outdoor activities.

Why they chose this property

This property has a unique location for skiing in the winter, biking and hiking in the summer. You just walk out the door and you are on ski trails or mountain bike trails. A great place for kids to learn to ski.

What makes this property unique

You will love the look and feel of this mountain home. The wood look is stunning inside so it looks like a mountain home yet has all the modern conveniences. The spa and swimming pool are open nearly year round and just a couple minute drive away.
