About this property

Room with balcony in the historic center of the village of Conversano, not far from Polignano a Mare.

The room is located in a 19th-century building on the main street of Conversano's historic center, near the Aragonese Castle. The entrance to the property opens onto the shared living area, which is furnished with a sofa, television and glass table. Stairs lead to the first floor, where the bedroom is located, which is equipped with a queen-size bed, a small change of closet, a tea table and a balcony. A spacious bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout.

Air conditioning, wi-fi, and heat pump heating will be available to guests.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
