Smithfield Apartment 4 is a superb 1-bedroom apartment, which is absolutely perfect for small families, intimate friends friends or industrious city types working away from home. This apartment sleeps 1-4 people.

Guests will also love the fact that this apartment is on the ground floor of the main building, which is secured with 24hr CCTV, and provides a private gated car park.

As you enter the apartment, you'll appreciate the privacy and layout of the space. You'll have absolutely everything you need for a comfortable self-catered stay here. There is ample relaxing space in front of the 43 inch HD Smart TV on the sumptuous sofa bed.

As your family or friends relax in the living room, you'll not miss any of the socialising while preparing the meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes fridge-freezer, washing machine and even a dishwasher. It's a wonderful space to enjoy together, and what's more, you'll be welcomed with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits displayed in the kitchen, which are replenished at each turn.

When it's time to turn in for the night, get prepared in the hotel style shower room and take advantage of the complimentary shampoo and body wash. Then enter the kingsized bedroom dressed with hotel linens and towels. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings and clothes, and you are absolutely guaranteed to have a wonderful night's sleep.

You will not be disappointed with the apartment, and you can relax in the knowledge that your car will be parked in the private gated car park, the building is monitored 24hrs a day with CCTV and your apartment is secured with your own unique digital keypad code.

Our apartments are exclusive to the booking guest. There are no shared spaces with other third parties, other than the entrance hallways and the car park. Once guests have completed our screening procedures, they will be sent their unique digital keypad code and the WiFi information just before they check in.

Our guests value the privacy and flexibility of secure self-check in. All guests are provided with a unique digital keypad code for access to their private apartment.

The Reservations Team are available between 08:00-22:00 on the phone or 24 hours over email. All contact details are provided for the guests in the Guest Handbook located in the apartment.

The Smithfield Apartments provide a great alternative to hotels thanks to the space, value and freedom they offer, guests can experience city living at its best. Each apartment provides a bright, light unique space and comes fully equipped with a range of home comforts and modern amenities to ensure a quality home-from-home stay.

Situated within ‘The Smithfield’ re-generation zone, you will be a 5 minute walk from Hanley City Centre, The Regent Theatre, The Victoria Hall and The Mitchell Arts Centre along with the new ‘Intu Hanley Cinema, Food and Shopping Complex’, making ‘The Smithfield Serviced Apartments’ the best choice for your stay. Whether you’re staying on a business trip or a short break these well connected apartments provide a perfect base.

To get the most from your trip, car travel is advised, however taxi firms and bus routes are plentiful in the local area.

The Smithfield Apartments has its own private gated car park with limited, first come first served space. We cannot guarantee all our guests will be able to park on the car park. Please only park one car per apartment booking.

There is a limited number of free on-street parking spaces between 6pm and 8am on Jasper Street opposite the main building. Options for paid parking on local car parks and multistories can be provided upon request.

We require all lead guests to be at least 18 years of age, provide one form of photographic ID, sign our rental agreement and preauthorise a payment of £100 for the refundable damage deposit. These strict guest screening procedures are for the safety and security of all our valued guests, and no access details will be released without all steps having been completed.
