Georgian period Dales house over three floors. Four bedrooms: 2 x first-floor kings, 1 x second-floor double with en-suite clawfoot bath, handheld shower and basin, 1 x second-floor twin. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Second-floor cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC. Modern kitchen/diner. Utility room. Morning and formal dining rooms. Ground floor sitting room. Lovely main sitting room on first floor overlooking the square. Summer house with large picture windows in walled garden. Suitable for a variety of recreational uses as well as an office overlooking the garden.
