Well-kept and spacious pool and activity cottage approx. 800 m from the child-friendly beach and close to the cozy town of Tversted, where there are good shopping opportunities. In the indoor swimming pool with whirlpool there is the opportunity for play and cozy togetherness. In connection with the pool area there is a bathroom with access to a beautiful sauna. There is underfloor heating in the pool area. The cottage is well decorated. Central to the house is the kitchen in connection with the dining area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with i.a. microwave and dishwasher. The living room is well furnished with TV and wood burning stove. There is underfloor heating in all tile floors. There are four spacious bedrooms with good beds and good with closet space and cozy loft. In addition, the house is equipped with energy-saving heat pumps and solar heating, which ensures minimal heating costs. The house is particularly suitable for both one and two families. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as. sunbathing, swings for the little ones or cozy around the grill on the terrace, where the unique nature can be enjoyed in the garden furniture. Not for rent to youth groups.
