There is a 3,360 sq.m gated garden with a 5x10 m swimming pool and a pool house.
Why wouldn't you dive into the swimming pool as soon as you arrive and then sunbath out of sight? Maybe you would rather sit at the table under the white oaks to eat a delicious barbecue and drink a Mitan (rosé wine kept cool for you)... You just need to relax... The holidays have started...

Why they chose this property
The owner has bought the house to gather his children and his family and to inhabit it after his retirement in order to live closer to his family, which has settled in La Motte about fifty years ago.

The large garden will allow you to enjoy:
- the peaceful setting of the green spaces planted with olive trees, pine trees, evergreen oaks, thyme, rosemary, and fruit trees;
