KITCHEN
The well equipped kitchen on the lower ground floor a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

LIVING ROOM
On the lower ground floor you’ll find the sociable living room set up with a double sofa bed, not yet set up as a bed making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOMS
- The bathroom on the lower ground floor has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet
- The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet
- Separate WC with toilet and sink
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds including the sofa bed in the living room


ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- Bedroom 1, has a double bed, sleeps 2

ON THE 1ST FLOOR
- Bedroom 2, features 2 single beds, sleeps 2

ON THE 2ND FLOOR
- Bedroom 3, has a double bed, sleeps 2


IN ADDITION

There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use as well as a washing machine between the living room and bathroom.

This house is a real home from home. A great place for a family to relax and holiday together, it's also perfect for a group of friends or professionals.
