About this property

A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is only 200 metres from the beach. The complex has a swimming pool as well as a gym nearby. A spacious private balcony and a fenced garden are characteristics of the property. Limassol's main beach avenue is just a short walk away, as are shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and more. A fully air-conditioned apartment with an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Three bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms), fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

Throughout the apartment, there are air conditioning units with a cold/hot setting, fast Wi-Fi, and a large smart TV with Netflix.

BEDROOMS: There are two pillows per bed, premium mattresses, and pillow protectors in each of the three bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom, which includes a shower. The third bedroom contains two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

KITCHEN: Includes a huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood, hob, and washer.

BATHROOMS: Hot water with strong pressure.

LAUNDRY: washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack.

TVs: The living room features a large smart TV with Netflix and streaming options.

WIFI: The entire apartment has high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, and it is a private connection dedicated solely for the apartment; no other residences in the complex share this connection. If you wish, you can connect your laptop or desktop computer with a broadband cable (not included).

GARDEN: The garden is private, with towering trees and a gate that leads to the pool and the surrounding gardens.

PARKING: A private parking place for one or two cars outside the flat.

UNIQUE FEATURES: Only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops. A shared swimming pool. The curtains in the bedroom are blacked out.

OTHER: Electricity is priced separately at €0.40 per kWh. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.

Beautiful apartment

Spacious and very clean. Each bedroom with its own bathroom and we enjoyed the pool. The main complex gate at 2 occasions was not opening, but no issue for us we entered from the second gate without problems.
