With five spacious bedrooms and five and a half baths throughout the home, you and your family will more than enough room to relax. This home boasts hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen and gorgeous high ceilings. On the first floor you will find a primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, and private bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the second primary bedroom that is fixed with a king bed, TV, an en-suite bath with a double vanity and shower, and a screened balcony perfect for a night cap cocktail. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and en-suite bath that has a single vanity and shower. The fourth and final bedroom, in the main home, has two full beds and a connecting bathroom with a single vanity. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
