About this property

450+ square foot Mother-in-law suite with private access and private full bath. We are located in a beautiful, quiet, Eugene neighborhood 1.5 miles to downtown, Autzen Stadium/Hayward Field/University of Oregon, and less than 1 mile from hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, golf course, and public transportation. Off-street parking in our private driveway.

The space

Two queen-size pillow top beds with season-appropriate linens. Wet bar stocked with microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge/freezer, glassware, plates, and silverware. Dining table for 4, a fullsize couch and 55-inch flat screen TV with Comcast X1 digital cable and Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu streaming TV/movies. Towels, basic toiletries, coffee, and a few snacks are provided. You have access to washing machine and dryer if needed. The back yard, patio, firepit, and hot tub are shared spaces.

I often work from home on weekdays so I am available for questions or recommendations if you wish, however I am generally out of sight. Your door has a unique access code so late arrivals are not an issue. Please ask about early check-in as we can often accommodate.

Awesome clean place

We went to a Ducks game and was able to check in before game. Very comfortable. Sonya the hostess was very nice and accommodating. we would stay there again for sure.

Peacefully Perfect

This property is ideal for a couple (or two) wanting both the feeling of a home/family and the privacy of a separate space. The amenities are perfect. The property is identical to the listing and description. The yard is a beautiful reflective space. Darren and Sonya are embracing and kind. We were there for 5 nights. Convenient and close to UO, Autzen, many eateries and places to shop for anything you might need. We would return again! Mahalo nui!

Friendly, clean, and great location.

We were in town for the us olympic trials and the spot was a perfect space for my wife who was competing. Close to university and to downtown but located in a great place. The hosts were friendly and very nice. Appreciated staying here.

Graduation Stay

Sonya and property are absolutely fantastic! Beds so so comfy, anything needed is provided. Sonya was very patient with our ever changing reservations due to late graduation dates posted. Amazing!!

The property is absolutely amazing, and the Hosts are wonderful people. Every thoughtful touch imaginable provided or available on request! Sonya & Darren treated us like guests in their home, rather than customers. My only regret is that we were only there for one night, but I know we'll be seeing them again! Great place in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to access downtown and U of O campus and sporting events. Super spacious and a great layout with the 2 queens and big couch. Sonya was responsive and the little goodies they left were an added bonus. Would definitely come back on another trip to Eugene!

This was our second stay here. It's a super cozy and comfortable spot that is a perfect spot to stay when spending a couple of days in Eugene. The hosts are wonderful and warm people who make sure you are comfortable and accommodated. Excellent hosts and excellent property.

World's Best Stay in Eugene

If you are looking for a place to stay in Eugene, stay here! It's clean, comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, close to everything, and it has everything you could need for a short, or long visit. The hosts are quite possibly some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and will help if you are looking for things to do, places to eat, or are just wanting to visit while sitting on their patio in their beautiful backyard. Nice location and big room

The room was large, nice neighborhood, and we had access to the washer and dryer which was a nice bonus. The only negative was that my partner and I were really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub and the owners informed us that they had shut off the heat prior to our stay, so it was a tepid tub. Super disappointing, as this was a main reason we chose this VRBO.

Favorite Eugene place

We continue to be thankful for finding this gem in Eugene. It is so conveniently located near our Duck. As always, the owners are very quick with. Despite the number of times we’ve stayed there, we always find something new available to us. They think of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Quick trip to Eugene

We came to Eugene to see a Ducks game. This property was PERFECT and we would definitely stay here again. The owners are so nice and communicated greatly. Then even offer to let you borrow things that you may need.

Short trip to Eugene - great place

All the extras made it really nice. The hosts had a lot of extras for us and were always available for information. We even ate out of the garden a little! Cleanest hot tub I ever saw !
