About this property

Our condo is in Building 4 Unit # 223, on the second floor an end unit with windows on 3 sides. It has wall to wall carpeting, and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. We have air conditioning and TV's in both the living room, and in the bedroom.

We are steps from the pool, and the BBQ is right outside our lanai. we are no more than a one minute walk to the sand and beautiful waters of Kamaole 2, one of the most beautiful beaches on the south shore.

Light and breezy

Condo is an end unit with lots of windows that open for fresh air and no need for air conditioning with just the ceiling fans. The beach is right across the street - a 2 minute walk. It is a busy neighborhood, but also has a lot of amenities, including a natural food store within walking distance. The condo was furnished with everything we needed.

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was a nice retreat for us . We arrived sick with Bronchitis, which was too bad. It was nice to have the condo to cook up some homemade soup and sit and relax to get better. Luckily we had 3 weeks to enjoy the area. We would love to return and hopefully it will be soon. Thanks to the Armstrong’s

I retired from the wedding business here on Maui in December 2019 after 15 years. We still live here on Maui, just minutes from our vacation condo at the Kihei Kai Nani.

Why they chose this property

We lived in this condo from early 2004 to the middle of 2005, so it's more like a home, than a vacation rental

What makes this property unique

Having an end unit gives our guests a great cross breeze, with windows on three sides. It also has new air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, if need be. We are a minute walk to the ocean, and the pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities are 30 seconds away.
