About this property

We welcome you to enjoy our family beach cottage. We are located just a SHORT walk (approximately 75 yards) to the beach access . Sleeps 8 , 4 Bedrooms/2 Baths: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Singles, TV in den with Fire TV Stick and DVD player , 2 Bedrooms( King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom has Smart TV) ,wireless internet access. Two covered porches, deck, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and covered parking. South facing porch has partial views of ocean, picnic table, Adirondack rocking chairs, bar table and chairs. North side deck has partial marsh views. Step inside and you'll find an open concept living area. New couch, .loveseat and recliners for 2021 season.The dining and kitchen area you will find updated lighting and tile floor. The dining table seats six, with three additional spots at the kitchen island. The cupboards are packed with dishes, cookware, small appliances, and glasses. You will find everything you need to cook delicious meals. Alternatively, a list of restaurants and menus are provided if you decide
you’d rather not cook. The bedrooms and second floor loft are all carpeted and decorated to give the home a vintage beach cottage feel. Nightly rentals available off season only.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house and the location were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Jeaneane was quick to answer any questions we had.

Accurate description, bad cleaning

Ill start by saying as far as pictures and location go, it is very accurate. Beach was 2-3min walking and the rooms looked exactly as pictured. I wont say the stay wasnt pleasant, but we did run into a situation checking in. When we arrived we found dead roaches of varying sizes all over the hoise. I appreciate that a pest control was used before we arrived, but i dont have much confidence that the house was cleaned well before we arrived. Fortunatley we didnt see any live roaches (inside), but our experience was definitely soured by that. For the hefty cleaning fee i would expect a bit better. All in all we did the house and location.

Family Vacation

Great stay for our vacation! House is cute, comfy and well decorated. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to the beach. Enjoyed our morning and evenings on the front porch listening to the waves and watching the boats!

Very nice property. Very pleasant house. Everything that needed to work, worked. Close to the public beach access. Did not have any noisy neighbors. Overall a very enjoyable vacation. Would definitely rent again in the future.
