Make yourself at home in this spacious 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath with large fenced in back yard. Two living areas with 42" TVs with Spectrum cable and wireless internet. Dining area seats up to 8. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, back yard has a bbq grill and patio set. 3 minutes to I-435; minutes away from shopping, dining and grocery options ; 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium/ Arrowhead Stadium and Sprint Center; 15 minutes from Longview Lake for golf, swimming, fishing and boat rental. I also have a newly renovated (2021) VRBO at Truman Lake VRBO# 2286051, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a doublewide pull through for your boat/wave runners!

Bare minimum amenities and finishes.

Most of my group slept poorly due to the uncomfortable beds. Backyard is pretty nice and was nice to have a grill! Was a great place to host and keep our vehicles protected in the garage but not very comfortable when it came to sleep!
