• Low Season (May-November): $5,000/month
• Shoulder Season (December): $8,900/month

• In Season minimum 90 day rental
• Other months minimum 30 day rental
• Cleaning $400.00 + tax
• Background check $100.00 + tax
• Utility cap of $300/month. Tenant pays additional costs.
There is a $150.00 fee to transfer the Social Membership.

Please note that owners use the single car garage for storage and the larger, 2 car garage is dedicated to the tenant.
