The Space:
This unique top and end unit penthouse offers endless slope side views of Whistler Blackcomb, with it's huge private deck and plenty of windows.

WINTERTIME:
- Checkout the fresh powder while you enjoy breakfast overlooking the ski hill.
- Access the brand new Blackcomb 10-person gondola within a few seconds of heading out the door.
- Enjoy ski apres in the afternoon on the huge deck while watching skiers wiz past
- Soak in one of the three large hot tubs after a big day on the hill.
- Cozy up with a book by the fireplace.
- Then enjoy a peaceful sleep in the newly upholstered and extremely comfortable KING bed.
And while so many condos claim ski-in ski-out (when they are actually not at all), this truly is directly on the ski slope, that you could literally be skiing on the hill within a 60 seconds of closing the front door (check Whistler Blackcomb for winter skiing dates).
With the Aspens being arguably the best complex on Blackcomb mountain, and The Lookout being the Penthouse and largest one bedroom in the complex, multiple real estate agents have told us that this is the best ski-in ski-out condo in Whistler- come and experience your vacation here for yourself.

- Staircase literally outside the door that takes you directly to the hot tub/pool area and ski slope. You will LOVE this privacy and convenience.
- Largest square footage than any other 1 bedroom unit in this complex
- Marble tiled bathroom with dual showerheads
- One of the biggest slope-side private decks in Whistler. (perhaps the biggest?)
Regarding SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS and HOUSEKEEPING:
- In the bedroom is the king bed which sleeps two very spaciously
- In the living room is a chaise lounge which pulls out to a double bed which sleeps two. Additional memory foam topper is available for a softer sleep if desired. You will need to make the bed each night as it folds away and linens can easily be stashed during the day in the storage in the chaise lounge. Please never sleep directly on the couch- use the linens provided, as this protects the fabrics and also is sanitary for you.
- In the bedroom also is a corner couch which pulls out to a single bed. This fifth bed sleeps one. Please note this cannot be moved or removed from the bedroom. This will also need to be self made if required, but bedding is provided.
- You will be provided with enough bedding, towels and pillows for the number of guests.
- The price per night is for three people. An additional fee of $50CAD per day applies per extra guest.
- For stays over 7 nights, a mid week house keeping clean may be added to your booking for an additional $99CAD. This is to ensure the condo is kept clean and that you get fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials.
- If you would like house keeping daily or more frequently, this can be arranged for a fee of $99CAD per day.
PARKING
If you are using the underground parking you will need to purchase a parking ticket from the yellow machine located in the lobby entrance.
Park at the round-a-bout when you first arrive to get a parking ticket. Tickets are $17 per 24hour period.
Once purchased, drive down the parkade ramp and use the four digit code at the top of your parking ticket in the first machine on the left. This will open the gate which is just around the corner.
Please display the ticket clearly on your vehicle dashboard.
The parking entrance height is 2.05m (6’9”).
Visitor paid parking is also available. $17 per 24 hour period. Parking can also be purchase by the hour.
Luggage carts are available for use.
*ARRIVAL TIP*
Upon arrival, park out front in the round-a-about. Unload your skis/ bikes here to be left with free ski valet, paid bike valet, or the front desk. Proceed to collect a parking ticket from the lobby if you plan to use the parkade. Here you can unload the rest of your gear or you may find it easier to park first then you can unload down in the parkade and use the luggage carts to proceed to the unit.
Once you’re settled into the condo, park around stall 150-160 as this stairwell up takes you directly to the ski hill, pool and hot tubs, and to the front door of The Lookout Penthouse on the fourth floor.
If you don’t like stairs and wish to use the elevator, park anywhere.
*ACCESS INFORMATION*
Please note, every guest has a unique door code assigned to them for the duration of their stay, from 4pm the day of arrival until 10am the day of departure.
You do not need to stop at an offsite check-in location first- come directly to the unit at The Aspens- no need to 'check in' with the front desk either.
A day or two before your arrival date we will message you with your unique door code.
