Moose Haven will become your haven in Big Bear!  Located on a quiet dead-end street just minutes from Snow Summit and the Village.This traditional style Big Bear cabin features log accents, mountain decor and beautiful mature trees. Towne Trail is located at the end of the street! This is a moderate 3 mile hike. Great for families!

The living room opens up to the dining and kitchen for an open feeling that is highlighted by the natural log cathedral ceiling and walls. Nights are sure to be spent together in front of the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, and sofa that converts to a queen bed. Curl up with your favorite book in the nook that has two leather chairs or try your competitiveness with one another on the foosball table.  Whether you are on vacation for the holidays or just a weekend away, the dining table has room for six with four additional seats at the counter.  The kitchen has ample space for preparing a family meal and includes a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is a small patio with the propane barbecue for grilling your favorite cut of steak.

Down the hallway you will find a full bathroom and the three bedrooms.  The spacious master suite is all the way at the end of the hall and has access to the back deck for a quiet morning spent outdoors.  The bedroom has a log style king bed, gas fireplace, full bathroom with separate toilet and shower room.  A cupboard with board games will keep you entertained.  "Moose Room" is the second bedroom and lives up to it's name with stylish moose themed decor and a full bed. "Twig Room" is the last bedroom and features a custom queen log bed.

Enjoy playing in the snow in the large back yard. Garage is available for washer and dryer use only (no parking available in the garage).

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
