Beautiful views are seen from anywhere in this newly redecorated condominium. Sliding glass doors give access to two spacious lanais where views of the Pacific Ocean, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, and Ala Wai Yacht Harbor.

This amazing, 1000sq.ft, ocean-view condominium, redecorated in 2019 and new furniture in 2021. The condo features a tropical theme, koa wood plank flooring, Shoji-Hawaii room divider, 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (includes handicap safety features and accessibility), fully equipped kitchen, separate dining & living rooms with a desk for personal or business use, and two large lanais for enjoying the views with morning coffee and/or sharing evening meals.

The condominium is on the tenth floor, #1026, located on the coolest and most desirable side of the Ilikai, which looks over the lagoon, yacht harbor, and ocean.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom features a king that converts into twin beds, and in the living room, there is a queen sofa bed. This unit can sleep six people.

It has two HD LCD flat-screen TVs, a split AC system, and free cable, Internet, a library of novels (take one /leave one), games, beach chairs, coolers, and much more.

A View of Paradise

The location was perfect for us. Lots to see and do within easy travelling distance. The bus stop made access to Waikiki shops and Ala Moana shopping centre a breeze. As runners there were so many park and beach views to enjoy. The Chart House became our regular watering hole. Views of the sunset from the apartment were spectacular and all the facilities made it a time to remember.

Lovely place to stay with amazing views

This was a lovely place to stay to explore Honolulu with views you'll love waking up to. We appreciated the air con and Hawaiian music that was on when we arrived. It was spacious and suited us much more than a hotel. Would definately stay here again. A minor improvement would be the addition of a tray for the oven. Thank you for a great stay!

Spacious room with a great view.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. It was just perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space with three older teenagers. The room had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. We had a great view of the ocean. We sat outside and watched the Hilton’s Luau on most nights. Would definitely book again if we come back.

When we walked in I was disappointed with how out dated everything was

When we arrived the toilet had been used and still had remains in it... we were a family of 6 people and did not have enough towels... I went to get a pillow out from the cupboard at night to use on the sofa bed and as there were no ceiling lights I did not see the disgusting yellow stains all over the pillow until the morning.... Water pressure in shower was terrible.. The views from the lanai were amazing. I think the stars on this condo only represent 3 star and definitely not 4.5 star. It's a real shame about the condo as I was really looking forward to a much bigger cleaner condo according to the pictures... and you really need to get rid of those yellow pillows.

We have owned our Hawaiian condo since 2003. We have enjoyed many years of ownership and visits to Hawaii. I am a retired high school teacher and my husband, Steve, retired from an auto parts manufacturer in the Denver area after a 30-year career in marketing and sales. Our daughter, Aimee, and three beautiful granddaughters love Hawaii as much as we do! We live in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Steve, a WWII historian and a member of "Sons and Daughters of Pearl Harbor Survivors," appreciates the historical significance. He has volunteered at the Pearl Harbor Memorial donations desk when visiting Oahu.

Why they chose this property

Honolulu represented home to Steve as his father was a Survivor of the attack on Pearl Harbor and Hickam Airfield on 7 December 1941. Then during college years, 1962 to 1965 the family returned and stationed once again at Hickam Air Force Base.

We vacationed on Oahu a number of times for business and pleasure. In 2003, we began looking for properties we could use for part of the year and bought our unit at the Ilikai. We love the Hawaiian culture, its history, the food, music and the friendly local folks. We hope that you will choose our condo and enjoy your stay in Honolulu and Waikiki Beach.

What makes this property unique

We like to sit on our South lanai watching the surfers, sailboats, and outrigger canoes. One of the great joys are the frequent rainbows that can be seen from our spacious lanais as we enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. From October through December, we enjoy the many beautiful sunsets from our lanai, too. Our condo is completely furnished and includes all the appliances and amenities one would expect to find at home. As a result, when we visit our Hawaiian home, we feel like we are truly at home. We believe our provided amenities are a real plus for our renters and makes them feel at home, too. We enjoy the Royal Hawaiian Band that plays at noon every Friday at Iolani Palace. This is a must. We also enjoy the local Hawaiian entertainment, on Friday evenings with Kawika & friends in the Ilikai courtyard then turn our chairs to enjoy the fireworks over the Hilton Lagoon. A unique benefit is that we can walk anywhere in the Waikiki Beach area in no more than 15 minutes. We love renting a car and going to the North Shore and watching the turtles near Haleiwa Town. And we never miss a chance to stop at Matsumoto's Shaved Ice shop (snow cone) in Haleiwa for a well-known frozen treat.
