This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! New granite kitchen countertops installed in '23!

Owners would like to share their 2nd home with you, so you too, can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. This condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1602 in Tower 1 on the 16th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a new king size premium bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, 40" ROKU smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size premium bed, private bath and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player

The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed and 24" ROKU smart TV

Living room has a sofa (opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 58" wall mounted ROKU smart TV, DVD/Blue Ray player

Dining room table and seating for 8, (room for 4 more at the counter), most other condos that sleep 12 don't have enough dining space. All 12 of you can eat together!

A++ for Ray and Susan!

Ray and Susan are wonderful hosts! They responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The condo was just as described but was actually more beautiful in person! It was super clean and they had it well stocked! All we really had to buy were groceries for the week. We had the best time during our stay thanks to Ray and Susan! Parking for the complex was super easy as well.

Awesome accommodations

Condo was very nice and had all the essentials needed for our stay. We would definitely come back. View from our 16th floor balcony to the beach was beautiful.
