This fabulous ocean/golf course view villa offers a relaxing vacation! Enjoy early morning rainbows and breath-taking sunsets! This one bedroom, two-bathroom villa offers all the comforts of a home. A fully equipped kitchen, that features granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and full-size appliances! This unit has central air-conditioning, high-speed internet and free unlimited long distance calling to U.S. & Canada. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and second bedroom has full size bed. Approximately 1100 sq ft. Kapalua Golf Villas are located near many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! When you are ready to explore the resort, just call the courtesy shuttle provided by Kapalua Resort for door-to-door service to Kapalua's award-winning beaches, a variety of restaurants, two championship golf courses, the tennis center, and shopping. The snorkeling at Kapalua Bay is not to be missed!

The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.

4 Night minimum rental. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.962% state taxes added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

This Condo was well maintained and had lots of extra supplies, cookware, toiletries and other amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. It also had a wonderful view and ideal location. 10/10 would recommend!

Hidden Gem with Spectacular View

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary and were really happy with the location on the golf course. Beautiful views of the water and sunset...the patio was where we had morning coffee and sunset cocktails and enjoyed reading in the late afternoon sun. You get your money's worth in the location as you are minutes drive from multiple beaches, restaurants and shops - but it is really quiet and peaceful aside from the birds chirping. The condo itself (and some of the décor) is pretty outdated - but it is large and has a fully functional kitchen which made it nice to eat some meals in to save money. There were also a couple beach chairs and cooler available which made it easy for us to pack a beach picnic. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the beautiful Kapalua and Kahana areas, but were happy to come back to the air conditioned space at the end of the day. We didn't get a chance to check out the pools or BBQ's - but it's definitely on our list for next time, and we will be back. Thank you for the warm hospitality and sharing your home with us!!

A beautiful week at Kapalua

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was clean, check-in and check out was easy and seamless The instructions that we received prior to arrival were very clear. There was plenty of Island reference material to access. We watched VERY little television, but the few times we did we found multiple options for movies, etc.. We had no reason or need to contact the management or ownership at any time. Overall a 5 star experience. Would definitely rent from this owner again!

Kapalua Golf Villas

This was a nice condo. Be warned it rains a fair bit in Kapalua but usually not for long. We had a few issues, including a broken dishwasher which was replaced immediately with a new one, and a few other minor issues all of which were dealt with promptly.

FABULOUS

I loved everything about this condo. It was clean and felt like home. It was beautiful and quiet. The beach was less then 5 minutes away(driving). The pool was great and close by. Planning my next stay already!!

Every thing was great other than our check in. The property was not ready upon our arrival.

The property manager was not accessible upon our arrival. The property was not cleaned and we had to wait an additional hour for it to become ready.

Spectacular view

This is our 2nd time staying at Kapalua properties. Location is perfect. Amazing view and beaches are great for snorkeling. Condo unit is a little outdated but clean and has everything that we need during our stay.

Fantastic views and very comfortable condo

We’ve been coming to Maui for years and this condo has one of the best ocean sight lines for sunset that we’ve seen. Great view of both Lanai and Molokai, which is hard to find. The condo was nicely decorated and well maintained.
