About this property

My brand new 3 bedroom 3 bath home has two family rooms, a large backyard for bbq-ing and relaxing. The home is on the West Side of town, on a quiet cul-de-sac. This home is very centrally located, 5 minutes from both UCSC and downtown. Easy walking to neighborhood parks and eateries. Perfect retreat for two families, a corporate retreat/meeting, or for a relaxing getaway.

The space

My brand new home is meant to make you feel as though you are in your own home. The floor plan is open and inviting, 2200 square feet, with a large side yard and ocean views. This house is ideal for families, corporate retreats, relaxing getaways for a quiet group of friends. My house location is very convenient for families wanting to visit UCSC students (graduation, parent weekend, etc.).

The owner cancelled 2 1/2 hours before our arrival time.

The owner was unresponsive to my polite inquiries about access until 2 and 1/2 hours before arrival when I got an email that we were cancelled. We were having a memorial for my Mom at a park nearby. Because it was a Friday and we had so little time it was nearly impossible to find another place. I finally ended up booking the only place I could find at twice the price. The owner claimed the place was occupied and that she didn't realize the calendar was 'open'. I booked over 2 weeks ahead. Would not recommend due to the lack of communication. No response to texts or phone calls from me or Vrbo.

Summer Family Getaway

This house was so clean, so modern and so comfortable! It had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable, and the linens were so soft! The neighborhood is quiet (except for some construction) and the weather was perfect! The four of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
