About this property

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo is our personal vacation home we are renting to responsible clients. We provide many comforts of home and beach chairs. Like new unit with tile floors, quality kitchen cabinets, granite counters and nice appliances, two bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer, new memory foam mattresses and 65 inch Sony TV in main living space and a large master bedroom TV. Our quaint 4 unit condo complex features a pool and patio including a jacuzzi (not hot tub) , gas grill, outdoor kitchen, TV, and outdoor bathroom, pool table and other amenities.

Rentals for our unit are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, although exceptions may be made off-season.

Our weekly rental schedule starts and ends on Saturdays and a 7 day stay is usually required for holiday and high season weeks.

We reserve the right to cancel an accepted reservation if our Rental Agreement is not accepted by the prospective renter.

Perfect family getaway!

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful location. The condo was perfect for our group of 7 (four adults and three young children) - the balcony view is breathtaking, the pool was clean and nicely heated, the shaded rec area under the building was perfect for a break from the sun, and the beachfront access made it easy to transition from one activity to another. The condo was clean and well appointed, and the hosts were very responsive when we had a question. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back!

Awesome Beach Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo included everything we needed for a beach family vacation. The condo was very clean, and the views were amazing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being steps away from the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future.
