Take a short walk over to miles of soft, sandy, Gulf Coast beaches just a couple blocks west of your rental. Head into downtown Holmes Beach for favorite local breakfast spots, casual eateries, and fine dining restaurants serving up phenomenal seafood. Leave up to two cars in the driveway and take a trip around the entire island aboard the free, air-conditioned trolley to take you all the way up the island to Anna Maria City and down through Bradenton Beach and on to Coquina Beach. There are stops close by along Gulf Drive and the trolley runs every 15 to 20 minutes.

Ideal for a family of six or a few couples traveling together, this duplex offers a number of amenities including free WiFi and three TVs to ensure you don't miss a moment of your favorite shows while on vacation. Save a few dollars and do a little home cooking in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and augment your menu with a few barbecued delights prepared on one of two outdoor grills. Spend your days and nights swimming in the shared, heated pool. The family dog is also welcome to join you here for an additional nightly fee.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
