Luxurious Log Chalet on Private Gated Estate with Lake & Ranch Views

Experience ultimate luxury at our stunning log chalet nestled within an 11-acre private gated estate in the heart of everything while feeling miles away from it all. With 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests, this enchanting retreat offers a unique blend of comfort, convenience and nature.

Property Highlights:
Farm Experience: Adjacent to the chalet is a private farm, inviting families to interact with animals and horses.

Booking Information:
You'll only be charged for the guests you actually have on the property. No need to pay for the full occupancy if you won't be hosting that many people.

Only pay for the number of guests your stay includes. Base nightly rate includes the first 5 guests.
Additional charge per person per night for extra guests (up to 15 max) who would like to have a larger group.
If inquiring through third-party platforms, the booking will be facilitated there. Once you have sent us an inquiry or a message on VRBO, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc. you will be required to book through that platform as we will not be able to book you directly after that. Please note that our DIRECT BOOKING guests (those that book through our own website) have priority on available dates in the future and third party platforms only show dates available up to 120 days in advance.
Direct bookings are available through our website or email, however, if you choose to make initial contact through 3rd party platform messaging we must book your stay on that platform. Your booking will then be subject to that platform's fees and increased nightly rental rates. Discounts can not be given in that case and we are unable to change your pricing once contacted through those platforms.
That means if you send us a message through a third party booking platform we will be ONLY able to book your stay through that platform as part of our agreement with that booking platform. IF you found us through a google search and wanted to book direct make sure you do not reach out on these platforms, but contact us directly first.
If you prefer to book a stay through a third party platform we are happy to book you there so please feel free to reach out that way if it is what you prefer.

Key Booking Requirements:

Before confirming your stay, ensure you will be able to complete the following:
1. Electronically sign the Short Term Rental agreement within 12 hours of requesting your reservation/booking.
2. Upload a government-issued photo ID matching the booking name and signed name within 12 hours.
3. Provide a registered guest list; only registered guests are permitted through the entrance gate.
4. Submit a refundable Security Deposit of $1000 before check-in.
**Local guests must specify the purpose of their stay before booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are not offered for cancellations or date changes. Traveler's trip insurance is recommended for stay protection.

Our favorite Staycation Spot!
This is a family favorite and appeals to everyone one, from kids to grown ups. You do feel like you have a luxury experience in a farm setting. We cook most of our meals in the kitchen and its better than my set up at home. Plenty of beds and space to spread out. You do not feel confined even if the weather is bad. We play board games, get in the hot tub, walk around the property, play pool, sit on the swing and watch the animals, and more. No one ever says they are bored and the kids stay away from electronics and are having fun which to me is a huge win! The animals right outside your door are a huge draw and probably the highlight. We try to be out as much as we can watching them. Love love love this place!

Cabin is located on a privately owned gated estate where the estate owner's live and host guests in two luxury vacation homes on the property. Private lake 1/2 acre 12 foot deep fishing and swimming lake is available for guest's use during their stay.
Property Owner's personal farm is located on the estate, as well, and is a wonderful benefit for many of our guests staying at the estate. No parties or events. No unauthorized guests may be at the property during your stay. Maximum number of guests per stay: 15. Maximum number of vehicles: 6.
No visitors or unregistered guests may be at the property at any time during a guest's reservation period.
