About this property

Hills Beach is just steps from the ocean 2 doors down, a nice sandy beach with great tides and access to the Saco River. Spacious 2 story 4 bedroom home with it's own entrance with ocean views. All nicely renovated, located on a quiet dead-end road that leads right to the beach. There's a large yard to play outside and an outdoor dining and patio area, Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected.

15 Minutes to Kennebunkport 15 to Old Orchard 25 to Portland. Walk to UNE. Master bedroom on first floor with its own bathroom, 2nd bath is upstairs, private off street parking on a combined driveway, a smaller parcel of the yard is adjacent to the main area if other guests are in guesthouse.

The adjacent 3 bedroom guesthouse is listed in a separate listing 1143727. The 3 bedroom fully private guest house is also available for UNE winter rental students Aug 2025- May 2026.

Best beach house

A very comfortable clean and homey beach house for our whole family. The owners are friendly and accessible. The beach is great for all ages especially for the little ones.

Exceptional!

Large, roomy, well stocked, and very convenient! Attended UNE graduation. Easily room for three couples, with a room to spare. Plenty of seating in both the living room and dining area. Kitchen well stocked. Owners responsive! We would return in a heartbeat!

Biddiford

A beautiful and welcoming property within walking distance to Hill Beach. The added treat basket and vase of flowers added to the warmth of the welcome. I am sure that various groups, including ones with children, would love this place! The home is also very close to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and even Portland. I would definitely stay her again!

Don’t miss out on this one!

Your walk to the beach is approximately 45 seconds from the front door until your feet hit the sand. It’s the quietest neighborhood ever….except when the old fashion ice cream truck rolls up the street playing the tunes you’ll remember from your childhood days! So cool! The views are out of this world. The owners are amazing, and super accommodating! ❤️ Stop searching…. This is your next vacation home in Maine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

best family rental in Maine

This is by far the best family reunion house we have rented. We have been coming to Maine since 2009. The owners are supper helpful, it is walking distance to a great beach for children, the house is clean/welcoming and can accomodate a bigger family comfortably. They have placed a lot of attention to detail and can be reached easily. A great place to make lasting memories.
