The location cannot be beat, it is right on the Riverwalk and main street; you'll be able to walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries on the main street of Estes Park.
The private porch overlooks the river so you can spend the afternoon enjoying the sound of the river bustling below or get busy having fun in Rocky Mountain National Park and finish the day with a bite to eat, nearly every restaurant in Estes is walkable from this location.
This luxurious and quiet loft in the heart of town has 12 foot ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, sky lights and lots of light, full bath with an enormous jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a large private covered deck overlooking the river walk. There are skylights and lots of natural light coming in early in the morning and throughout the day, it adds a warmth to the space that we absolutely love (but if you like to sleep in late you may get annoyed by the sunlight!).
You'll find that this loft is very quiet with a peaceful with a view of a hillside, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet gem and if you're lucky you'll watch a herd of elk walking by the hillside. Living, dining and kitchen are all part of an open, sunny space. The building is secure & safe with a few cute shops and a spa right below. In addition to the king bed in the bedroom we have a murphy bed (wall bed) in the living room for any additional guests with a very comfortable mattress. There is a washer/dryer in the loft available for guests to utilize as well.
Estes Park is just an hour and a half drive northwest of Denver, Estes Park offers numerous festivals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, golf, tennis, music venues, museums and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel.
Rocky Mountain National Park is only a few miles up the road and has 350 miles of hiking trails covering the most easily accessible, pristine mountains in the United States. Hiking, biking, horseback riding are all available in the park or you can drive Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide, the highest continuous paved road in the country.
