About this property

We would love you to come, relax and enjoy our condo. Remodeled, we have many little extras for your comfort and enjoyment while staying in our condo.

A fantastic location with easy access to the elevator, stairs and close to both the pool and the beach. The location of our condo is at the back of the building which gives you an outside bedroom window so that you can enjoy the additional outside lighting.
The bedroom has a new mattress and tgerebus a fkat screen TV. The living/kitchen features a comfortable, relaxing area with flat screen TV, dining table with four chairs, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island. There is free Wi-Fi in every condo with passwords.

The resort is family friendly and has so much to offer that once you arrive you do not have to leave the resort. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is over 55 acres, some of the features:

*four pickle board courts
*bike rentals
*on site pizza, sports bar
*poolside tiki bar
*two swimming pools -one kiddie pool
*seasonal great kids activities

For you convenience there is smart-card operated laundry room down the hall from the condo. We do provide the smart card. To add money to the card you will need to go to the main building (on the left as you enter the resort), the machine is on the wall on the left. Laundry machines are located on the first and second floor.

We provide beach (2) chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels! You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella during the season from the lifeguards.

**DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS WE TRY TO RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. WE WILL BREAK A WEEK UP IF IT IS A LAST MINUTE RENTAL AND WEEK IS STILL AVAILABLE. SHORTER STAYS MAY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. SEND MESSAGE TO INQUIRE.

Great Condo

Very nice condo, great location, close to beach access. The condo was clean, were well stocked with all kitchen, bath, beach, etc. supplies. Communication was excellent.

Stay in HHI

Dee and Robert’s property was great. A short walk to the beach, and to the bar on the property. We really enjoyed the bar, pool, and the snacks they left us.

Anniversary Trip

Decided on HHI for our anniversary trip this year.. in between Savannah and Charleston. So very glad we chose your condo ! Easy communication with the host. Dee was available for any questions and all questions. Bright, clean, fully appointed, snack basket was great. Assorted beach chairs, cooler, mat...everything that she provided made this a great vacation. TV took a minute to figure out.( just point the remote to bottom left and hold a min.) Coffee on the balcony every morning was just awesome. I may suggest a larger fan in the bedroom. Bed was warm, perhaps due to due the choice of mattress protection? (but understandable.) I just wanted to pass along. All in all...would stay again.

Summer Getaway

We’ve always stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis while visiting Hilton Head. This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in! The condo was clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Dee is really nice and easy to work with. Hope to visit again soon!

Cute little condo!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our birthdays this past July and we had a great time! The check in process was easy and Dee provided thorough directions that made everything seamless. My husband loved the snack basket and the view from the balcony was great! Very short walk to the pool and beach which was ideal. I do want to mention that the condo is smaller than anticipated. The square footage is listed but it is surprising when you walk in- especially the bedroom which I think was a full or queen size bed (not a negative just an adjustment if you’re not used to it) Definitely can be a tight fit but if you spend a lot of time at the beach like us you don’t notice it too much! Overall a very pleasant stay!

The resort has many activities for guests to enjoy that is the reason we decide to purchase our condo.
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis a great location on the island. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful and you can see the most beautiful sunrises.
There are tennis/pickle board courts, bike rentals, sports bar, tiki bar, during season various activities for children such as shell painting, dive in movie night, etc.
