The apartment in in Condo Marbella with is a centrical and traditional development in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. It is fully renewed decorated with good taste in a really fresh and maritime style. Very well equipped. Two TVs, Air Conditioning, ceiling fans, anti Mosquito screens, all you need in a very functional kitchen, laundry machine and dryer inside the unit. Free Parking inside the complex, swimming pool in common areas.
Just 10 min by car or public transportation from down town and the airport. You may find at a walking distance shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach.

Nous sommes restés 8 nuits au condo. Condo très bien situé, près des épiceries, restaurants, transports en commun. Très facile d’accès pour aller où on voulait. On s’y sentait en sécurité et le personnel est très gentil. Grandes chambres, matelas corrects mais oreillers vieillots sans couvre-oreillers. Les ados ont bien aimé les hamacs dans les chambres. Serviettes de bain et de plage en quantité parfaite et de bonne qualité. Accès à la laveuse/sécheuse très apprécié. Petit balcon très sympathique où nous avons fait nos petits dejeuners et apéro. La cuisine est petite et l’équipement devrait être renouvelé en parti et ça manquait de propreté. Veronica est toujours disponible et très réactive à nos demandes, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

We had the BEST stay here!!!

We had the most wonderful time at this property and never wanted to leave. Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, across the street from the beach, but in a secluded jungle enclave, the pool is perfect, the security at the gate were so pleasant, the property manager was very nice and the house keeper was the best. It’s centrally located to a lot of shopping centers, the marina, the water park, lots of great food options. Especially if you have kids, the PV Food Park next door is invaluable. It has an outdoor play place for kids and lots of good food options for kids and adults. We stayed here for a month, and the entire trip couldn’t have been better. Im counting down the days until we can return. The only complaint is the beds were super hard, I ended up buying a new bed at Costco for about $500 USD and was able to resell it for $250 USD before we left. But in my experience it seems common for beds to be hard in Mexico, even at nice resorts. $250 extra for a comfy bed while we were there felt like it was totally worth it. And when we come back I’ll probably do the same thing again. Thanks so much for the amazing stay, I can’t wait to come back!

Quaint and quiet tropical oasis in PV

Lovely updated condo in older complex, very convenient and close to everything we needed. Uber available to get us around too! Process for check in and contact with the owner was speedy if we had any questions. Overall great experience. Only one thing: We would return if a unit closer to the ground level was available. A bit of a challenge to climb 4 flights of stairs! Otherwise five stars!

Everything was very good, beautiful very green aria, quiet and clean condominium. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, lots of restaurants nearby, 10 minutes by car to the city centre. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay here.
