Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Good location to access beaches and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Quick response from management when we had an issue with the WiFi. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental unit, overall, was very nice. It's very well located, has everything you will need. We were able to walk to most places, in the area. The only complaint that we would have is,we don't think the cleaning company cleaned the floor, before we got there.I was walking around and noticed my socks were very dirty.
