Welcome to a poolside paradise! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home is 2200 sq ft. and conveniently located 6 min from Bethel, 5 minutes from shopping and groceries, and 10 minutes from Shasta Lake. Two of the three full bathrooms are ensuite. Also included are High Speed Internet and a Fully Equipped Kitchen. One of the suites is connected to, but on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms so it is extra quiet! A new gazebo and fire pit were just added by the beautiful, private pool. This is a non smoking and pet free home!

Beautiful house and yard, with plenty of room for everyone. Location and neighborhood were ideal. We had a great stay!

We were in the area for a wedding. The house was perfect for multiple families to stay together. It accommodated all of our needs and the property manager was easy to communicate with. I loved that it had extra supplies. Some vacation rentals have a starter kit, but then you have to purchase extra things like TP, garbage bags, etc. which can be inconvenient when you are on vacation. Would recommend the home if you are in the area.

The property was clean, safe and quiet. The host was very accommodating and all of our guests expressed that it was a beautiful home. We definitely recommend staying there, when in Redding.

Great week in Redding

What a great house we stayed there with three other couples, and took in a wonderful conference. The pool was beautiful. The kitchen worked well and the sitting area inside was fantastic.
