About this property

Newly remodeled oceanfront duplex in prime location. 3 Bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths. Roughly 2200 square feet. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the third has a bunk bed, plus a queen sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. Board games and puzzles are included to keep family and friends entertained in the evenings.

Three wonderful outdoor spaces! Large front patio on boardwalk with comfortable seating for 10. Small ocean front balcony off of the living room, and a large private roof top deck with built in BBQ, lounge area, dining area, bar stools, and TV. Views of the ocean and the bay and gorgeous sunset views!

The home is located in an ideal location! It is walking distance to the Balboa Pier that has the famous Ruby's Diner on the end. Also, a short walk from shops, restaurants, as well as the ferry that takes you to charming Balboa Island.

The home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation: bikes (roughly 5 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes), paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, corn hole, sand toys, beach umbrellas and more!

It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. We've just added a pack-n-play crib, and a booster seat high-chair. Can comfortably accommodate two families, or one family plus grandparents. Also great for a Girls Weekend, or a couples vacation.

Perfect beach location!

This property is right on the beach! Walk right out the back patio to the sand. We loved being very close to the soccer field and the fire pits. The home had all the right amenities for the beach - bikes, sand toys, boogie boards, balls, chairs!! Inside has gorgeous views both from living room and roof top!! Our group had 8 people / 2 families and the space was perfect! We will stay again!

Beautiful beach/bay

Love the layout and variety...balconies patio, and rooftop deck. There was room to all gather in one room or separate throughout property for complete privacy. We will stay again soon

Great time at the beach!

Great place! Our family of four booked it for spring break. Boys are ages 13 and 15. House is clean, updated and really unique with the rooftop deck. Views are unbeatable! Property manager also amazing. Communication was easy, pleasant and inviting. Would definitely recommend. We already booked another stay.

Great stay!

The perfect house in the perfect location. The house is nicely updated with beautiful views. The kitchen was supplied well. We went there for my son‘s first birthday and had so much fun. My kids absolutely loved playing in the sand and walking down to the beach. It was a little bit chilly during this time but we had so much fun walking around and the ferry to Balboa Island is super close so we went there a few times. I think will be coming back !

My husband and I both spent our childhoods near this beach, and actually started dating when I was living near by on Balboa Island. This area is magical to us, and we are so excited to own our first property here. We fell in love with the location. There is so much to do! It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Perfect for a Girlfriends' Getaway, perfect for a bunch of couples, and perfect for families.

Why they chose this property

This property is close to so many attractions, and at the same time, it's removed enough that you'll be able to enjoy quiet time to read or just enjoy the view. You can get to all the action without being immersed in it all the time. It's a great area to walk or bike to so many activities. The sand is right out front, and the garage is stocked with sand games, beach chairs and umbrellas.

What makes this property unique

The home has been remodeled with comfort and entertaining in mind. Our goal was to create a space where friends and family could really enjoy time together, whether on the roof top deck BBQing, or the front patio watching the activity on the board walk out front. There are board games, puzzles and books for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen has all the basics for feeling like you are at home.
