We, or our representative, will 'meet & greet' you on arrival, and will give you keys and information on the apartment and the area, attuned to you personally, with the intention of you getting the best from your London visit.
The apartment is very handy for cafés, pubs and restaurants and has many in close proximity. There is a Tesco supermarket underneath the block, just round the corner, and an ATM cash point. There is also a Sainsbury supermarket within 100 yards. These supermarkets are open 7 days a week from early morning until 9pm or 10pm – slightly earlier close on Sundays.
The London public transport scene is terrific these days, and it is probably a good idea to purchase a Travel Card, which will offer unlimited travel on buses, tubes and the Docklands Light Railway, plus discounts on the Emirates cable car and Thames river buses. A Travel Card can be purchased, in advance of your visit, for varying lengths of time – through the Transport for London website. If you do not have time for it to be mailed to you, it can be sent to the apartment address, where we will hold it for your visit.
