Best location in Park City! Steps to Park City Resort's Quit'N Time ski trail! Ski to Town Lift and home for lunch or apres ski! 3-minute walk to Main Street (shops, restaurants, galleries, etc.).
The Brookridge House sleeps up to 24. Each level has decks with incredible views overlooking Park City's Old Town and Deer Valley. Two private outdoor hot tubs with amazing views. Two newly refurbished kitchens, two wood-burning fireplaces (wood provided), two washer/dryer rooms, and four floors so plenty of privacy. Two garages and 2 street private parking spaces. Game room with pool table, foosball, and sauna.

Big kids in park city

Easy access to slopes and town. Comfortable accommodations with ample space for large group. Hot tubs were a big hit! Host was extremely responsive to our inquires.

Awesome house for a large group

This house has everything! We were a large group and the simplicity of being able to walk to the end of the street to get on and off the slopes and walk down the stairs to Main Street made things so easy.

We had 9 guys stay at this property and it was very comfortable and convenient. A short walk to hop on Quiet Time which takes you down to the town lift and a short walk to Main St. I highly recommend for large groups or families.
