The 4th floor with elevator, overlooking the garden of the residence, it is quiet. Equipped to receive 4/5 people. There is a swimming pool for residents. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, 1 kitchen, 1 living / living room opening onto a balcony with 1 convertible 2 places and 1 convertible 1 place, 1 room overlooking balcony, equipped with a double bed 160x200 and closet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our friends the animals are not allowed. No smoking apartment.

Appartement apprécié

L’appartement est bien agencé et bien équipé. Literie impeccable. Atout majeur le garage privatif en sous-sol et à Menton, c’est un luxe appréciable. Seul bémol pour nous pendant la fête des citrons, le soleil sur notre semaine n’a jamais été de la partie, la pluie oui mais c’est exceptionnel. Cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité de l’hébergement

L'appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes maxi, très bien agencé et très bien équipé et le propriétaire très sympathique. La piscine de la résidence est Top. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous vous le recommandons
