About this property

This stylish one bedroom condo is the perfect get-away. Watch the novice surfers opposite at the 'Cove' as you sip coffee on your lanai overlooking beautiful Kalama Park. Head to the pool for some sun bathing or across the street to the beach for surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking or whale watching. From Kihei it's a quick drive south to the world class beaches of Wailea and Makena or north to Kealia Pond National Wildlife Reserve, the slopes of Haleakala or the numerous other places of interest around Maui. After an afternoon of exploring the island retreat back to your (air conditioned) hideaway where you can prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or drink cocktails on the balcony as you watch the spectacular sunset before heading out to Kihei's numerous eateries, only a step from your door. Fall asleep after a long day with the sounds of the sea in your ears and the warmth of the Maui sun on your skin. The condo has free WIFI, cable TV, a pool side barbecue area and free parking and all the other special amenities to make your holiday perfect and IF you decide to return home, the airport is only 15 minutes away.

Nicely updated and a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo across from the park and ocean for swimming, jogging, and just hanging out. Next door is a great collection of restaurants and cafes located in a semi-public garden (and downstairs a very nice local sushi spot). The street life can be lively which we appreciated but may not be for everyone but we'll be back.

Great location

Clean. Good location and communication with owner. Building has structural issues... which im not privy to the details... so i cannot make an educated comment. But the obvious exterior shoring makes me pause to stay here again, until permanent repairs are completed.

Loved the location and host was very helpful. Lots to do here and this is a great central location at a great price. The park across the street is an added bonus!

Perfect location!

Brooke was a great host! She was quick to respond and helpful when we needed assistance. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for myself and two friends for our week long stay. The AC was quiet and works well. Best of all, the condo is in a perfect location. It’s in walking distance to everything you’ll need… beach, snorkeling, groceries, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and markets.

Clean convenient and peaceful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly quiet area for more mature crowd and quiet families. The unit is comfortable and clean with all the basic necessities for a couple including kitchen cookware and a small laundry machine pair. Walking distance to excellent food trucks, beach walks, and water activities. Later afternoon and evening traffic gets relatively heavy along the beach but it quiets down after dinner. Host was proactive, checking in through our trip to ensure everything was OK.
