Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Roast a few marshmallows around the fire out back under the starry night sky for a sweet treat! Wind down with a bowl of popcorn and cuddles on the couch, with a Smart TV and Dish, picking a movie everyone will love is simple. Nice house.

Fun house. Clean and had what we needed. Pool was nicely heated and hot tub was nice. Direction in the listing were incorrect. Had a great time! Would recommend. Game room and pool were a hit!

Incredibly Nice!

Wonderful well maintained home very near Sand Hollow State Park. The backyard, with its pool, hot tub, fire pit, play area and BBQ area is a destination in itself. The large garage and wide driveway accommodated two trucks and trailers as well as two Siide By Side ATVs. Beds were comfortable will plenty of pillows and linens. The kitchen is well equipped and very pleasant in which to cook. The laundry room was a nice surprise. You never think you need a laundry until you find out that you didn't pack enough of one item!

Amazing Stay!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house had majority of what we need. The pool and spa felt amazing. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and located right by sand hollow park. We will definitely be returning. Host was very responsive to any questions we had!
