Nice home away from home
From the first initial contact online inquiring about the property, to securing the property, moving in checking out and everything in between the transition was very smooth. The property owner communicates very clearly and he is quick to reply. I have stayed in one other property that he has and it was just the same way. The beds are so comfortable and literally all you have to do is just bring your clothes and your pups, like me, and move right in. Even though my stay was short – about five days he would check in a couple of times and make sure everything was like I needed it to be. You do not get that from a hotel. I will definitely be going back when I’m in town.

Comfortable accomodations
We found the accomodations comfortable roomy, and with a very cleverly eclectic decor. Very clean with all the essentials necessary to feel at home. Very safe and secure with motion detector lights all all four sides of the house. Parking convenient either in back or in front driveway directly across from the entrance. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, safe, able to walk our pups around the block without issue. Neighborhood appears to once have been an old estate home community now under gentrification with many younf ger families renovating these lovely old homes. New coffee shops and restaurants near by. Dennis was always available for any questions with prompt responses to our inquiries. We would definitely use this vacation rental again. Only one suggestion, since we arrived in winter it got pretty cold at night and we both prefer low temperature setting at night only needing an extra blanket. Maybe extra blankets would be good for cold weather. Beyond that all was great!

Perfect for us!
We stayed here with our two young children and two dogs. It felt very clean! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us and the kids. We loved the funky feel of the house apartment and the charming neighborhood. Close to lots of places. The off street parking was great and an alarm system was a bonus. I highly recommend this listing for a family with younger children and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Large open space, great location
This was a great find. Pet friendly, nicely decorated, and comfortable sleep. Washer drier availability is a real plus, as is large parking area behind the house for extra security. Beats any hotel by a mile for a small family traveling together with a pet. The apartment feels much bigger in person than I expected based on pictures.
